To cancel an order you recently completed, please contact customer service department at CustomerService@untilifemakessense.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and the email address used for the purchase. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

We accept credit card payments through PayPal and Stripe

Yes, your credit card will be charged immediately. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped.

The ULMS tees are created based on the sizing chart below.  The chart is for chest size, so you can order the correct fit.

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within seven (7) business days. If you are due a refund, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment and will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please be aware that the credit may not show up until one or two billing cycles on your credit card.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

• Free shipping on orders of $60.00 or more.
• Flat rate $4.00 shipping for orders under $60.00.

If your order was placed Monday thru Friday prior to 12:00pm PST or 3:00pm EST, it will be shipped the same day or the day after. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.
